Gravita Table Lamp

Gravita is an iconic lamp, designed by the famous designer Antonio Macchi Cassia in 1969 and produced by the Stilnovo brand. Gravita presents a blown glass diffuser, adjustable aluminum sphere, base in extruded aluminum.

The Gravita lamp represents over fifty years of hard work and business history. The intensity-adjustable light in the large glass sphere softly illuminates the environment. The metal sphere, smaller, orbits on the surface thanks to a magnetic solution of great ingenuity, projecting a concentrated and dimmable light. Concept of 1969 at the forefront of the canons and processes of the time and even contemporary ones. Gravita, an iconic lamp to explain the meaning of design.
