Driven by a sense of discovery and experimentation the Volker Haug Studio creates highly individual innovative lighting solutions from its base in Melbourne, Australia. The collection of elegant hand finished wall, table and pendant lamps in a variety of finishes including brass, ceramic, aluminum and glass is the result of a stripped back approach to design which leads to distinctive pieces such as the Oddments series of expandable arcs and delicate atmospheric Longton.

Since its foundation in 2004 by Volker Haug, the Volker Haug Studio has consistantly grown and expanded on an international level providing its individual lighting solutions to a range of both domestic and corporate clients. The design team continues to work on the addition of exciting new series to the collection such as 'und Messing' (and brass), the result of a two year process of idea accumulation exploring the various interpretations of the material.
