Shipping and Delivery in the UK
Mohd delivers regularly to the UK and offers different type of options and services, from standard delivery to inside delivery and installation.
The standard delivery is door to door, at ground floor/street level, made by Express couriers such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX and takes about 2-6 working days to all UK addresses. Once the product has been shipped, the client will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress.
Regarding standard delivery to all UK addresses, there are different charges depending on the products purchased:
- For Accessories, Kitchen Accessories and Lighting products, standard delivery is free for orders above £250.
- For Furniture products, standard delivery is free for orders above £330.
Please note that for bulky orders, standard delivery may not be free. Please enquire for more details.
The spending threshold to obtain free standard delivery on the product categories mentioned above may change according to the current exchange rate.
In case of bulky orders and/or fragile products, and if specific installation/assembly services are required, the shipping is carried out by specialized couriers and the delivery time in these cases can vary depending on the size and exact destination of the order. Average delivery is around 10-15 working days once the order is placed and this can extend in the case of very fragile products, such as marble tables, large mirrors or other items requiring special care. In these cases, there is the requirement for Mohd to ensure the packaging is correct and for this reason, the delivery time may be extended further by an additional 2-3 days.
Please note that delivery dates do not include holidays and extended holidays. For out of stock products, waiting times do not include the dates from 1st August to 27th August, while for in-stock products shipments occur regularly with the exception of 14th, 15th and 16th August.
Floor delivery and assembly service
Mohd also offers installation. Please ask us about an extra assembly service, which can also be extended to include special furniture, such as kitchens and wardrobes. Delivery time: how to calculate it?
Depending on the size and the delivery address of the order, the delivery time may vary. Once the order is placed, the average availability time of each item is indicated in the product description section.
For the calculation of the delivery time, is necessary to add to the average availability time the estimated number of shipment days with a standard courier or specialized courier, based on the address and the size of the order.
For example, a product not indicated as in-stock, with a 2-3 weeks availability time, will be in our logistics department within a maximum of 3 weeks from the order confirmation. Once the product has been stocked in our warehouse, standard shipping time will be calculated with expected delivery within 6 working days.
Products purchased in the same order are usually shipped all together. However, depending on the customer’s requirements, it is possible to arrange separate shipping by contacting our Customer Services Department, by calling +39.090.6258945 or by sending an email to [email protected]
Please note that, if possible, in-stock products will be delivered the same day as your order; the other items will be sent out as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse.
Special considerations for UK based customers following Brexit
Following Brexit, UK customers will not be charged any additional fees associated to customs duties and VAT. Therefore, UK customers will only pay the price displayed at the end of the checkout process. Mohd will subsequently settle the payment if any additional fees are due. In light of the revised rules regarding customs procedures and alignment between the shipping partners in the UK, items may be subject to delay.
Damage in transit
By providing worldwide deliveries, Mohd is aware of the packaging and operational management operations needed to guarantee a smooth delivery of products. However, damages in transit can happen, so we ask you to please check the products very carefully.
- ● What to do in case some product(s) got damaged in transit?
Upon receiving the order, if it has been damaged, we recommend you to not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note "product damaged/broken".
Please inform the carrier as well as our Customer Service immediately in written form about the damages within 7 days upon receipt. You can write an email to [email protected].
- ● What to do if you have accepted the damaged goods?
In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email with your invoice number and pictures of the damage so that we can send a damage report for our insurance. At the same time, we will arrange the return of the goods with you.
Alternative dispute resolution

Pick up from out warehouse
In addition, pickup service at the warehouse is available. In this case, it will be the customers’ care to arrange the shipping, while Mohd will assist with the administrative formalities and documentation.
