Normann Copenhagen's Hyg collection interprets the Danish idea of "hygge": a word so difficult to define, and yet so simple in practice, conveying the idea of wellbeing, comfort and security. Designer Simon Legald conceived a series of chairs, lounge chairs, stools and swivel chairs featuring soft and delicate shapes. The concave form of the backrest invites for peace and contemplation, recalling a warm and soft hug.
