1. Is Mohd an official dealer for all the brands on the site?

Yes, we have been authorized dealers of the most important Italian and international brands for over 40 years. All the products that will you find on our website come straight from the original manufacturer's factory.

2 . How do I place an order?

Simply choose the product/s you want to buy, add it/them to your cart and go to checkout. Here you can find the complete guide to buying on

3 . Can I pay by check?

You can either pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Master). Click here to learn more.

4 . Which are the shipping costs?

Shipping to Italy is free with a minimum purchase of € 150,00. Click here to learn more. If you spend less, shipping will cost € 12,00. The shipping costs for other countries depend on the type of package and the destination address.

5 . What is the customs procedure in the US?

The courier company will contact you via phone or email as soon as the goods arrive at the customs office in the US. You won’t have to do anything, the courier will proceed with the customs clearance.

The goods will be delivered within 3 to 6 days from arrival at the port or airport. You will only need to pay the customs fees for clearing your package (less than 1% of the value of the import). You will pay them to the courier who will contact you to explain payment methods.

You won’t have to pay any import duties except for lamps. Customs duties for importing lamps in the US range between 3% and 12% depending on various factors. The courier will inform you about everything once the goods arrive at the customs.

6 . The items I have added to my cart have various sizes and weights. Could I ask for different kinds of transportation for delivery purposes?

Yes. If you have ordered some items of various sizes, you can choose to ship the larger ones by sea cargo (recommended choice) and the smaller ones by air (faster choice). To do so, you can proceed with two different orders or write to our customer service to hello@mohd.itor call +39.090.6258945.

7 . How often is updated?

Every day our young and experienced employees select for you a variety of new products and brands to offer you the opportunity to choose among the latest and the best Italian and international design items.

8 . How quickly will I receive my ordered items?

If the products you have ordered are available in our stock, we deliver within 24/48 hours to destinations in Italy and 2/6 days to other countries. If you need a faster delivery, please contact us, we will go out of our way to meet your necessities.

9 . Can I request a special quote to furnish an entire room?

If you need to furnish your home, your office, hotel or make special orders, please contact us and request a quote tailored to your needs. We’re here to help. Write to or call +39.090.6258945.

10 . Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed, so it should be cancelled within 24 hours. However, our customers can return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt, as our return policy states. Find out more Here.

11 . Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. You can choose to be refunded, change the item or receive a gift card to be spent within one year in our e-shop or at one of our showrooms. Here you can find more information.

12 . I was handed a defective product, what should I do?

13 . Do you offer white-glove service?

Yes, but only on request. Send a mail to our customer service, our team will help you get the service you need.

15 . Can I make a gift through the online shop?

If you want to deliver a gift to someone, Mohd will think about everything. Before completing your order you will be asked to state whether it is a gift. You will just need to write the delivery address by selecting "alternative delivery " and you can also add a special message for the recipient. We will deliver your gift in the estimated delivery time, with its gift box and the card with your message. If you want to make an innovative gift, choose our digital gift card.
