1. Are the products sold on Mohd original?
With over 50 years of experience, Mohd is a reference point for design lovers and professionals. Our catalog includes the best international design brands and all products come directly from the original manufacturers.
2. I cannot find a product on the website, who can I contact?
Our catalog is constantly being updated, we offer the largest selection of designer furniture, lighting and accessories. Mohd can supply any product from our, and many others, if you are unable to find the item you are looking for, and we will be happy to assist you.
3. Are your products covered by a guarantee?
All products purchased on Mohd are coveredby a 24 months warranty against defects of compliance from the date of delivery. More information can be found on thepage.
4. I need a consultancy to design a space, who can I contact?
Since 1968 we have been designing and furnishing exclusive spaces with our interior designers and the best international design brands. 5. Can I request a personal quotation?
Do you need to furnish an entire room, your home, a hotel or an office? If you wish to receive a personal quotation,and you will be contacted by our consultants.
6. How do I place an order?
Be inspired by our selections, explore the most exclusive brands, fall in love with the best designers of the world. Purchasing on Mohd is very simple:
- • Add items to your cart using the appropriate button and once you have completed your selection, go to the summary page from the View Cart button;
- • Check that the items and quantities are correct, if you have a coupon or gift card, enter the code to apply the discount. Once done, go to Shipping;
- • In the Shipping page, enter your email address, shipping and billing information, select the shipping method among those available and go to Payment;
- • In the Payment page, select the payment method you prefer among those listed.
Once you have completed the payment using the selected method you will reach the Thank You Page containing information about your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all details about your order to the address you provided, you can track the status of your order at any time from the MyOrder page.
7. What are the available payment options?

8. I am unable to find my country among those available for shipping, what should I do?
We deliver worldwide, monitoring the packaging and operational management required to ensure optimal product delivery. In order to select the shipping country please go to the Ship To section at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you select your shipping country before adding items to your cart. If your country is not listed, please and we will be happy to assist you.
9. Can I request delivery to a specific floor and assembly services?
Mohd offers an assembly service extended to special furniture such as kitchens, cabinets or any other product that requires assembly. For some of these products the information on rates and conditions can be found directly on the product sheet and at checkout. If the delivery to a specific floor and / or assembly services are not provided, it is still possible to send a request to ourthat will provide a quotation based on the type of product and the accessibility of the apartment. In some geographical areas the service is not available yet.
10. If I have items of various sizes in my cart, can I request different delivery methods?
Products purchased in the same order are generally shipped together. However, depending on your needs, it is possible to arrange separate shipments. If you have ordered some items of various sizes, you can choose to ship the larger ones by sea cargo (recommended choice) and the smaller ones by air (faster choice). To do so, you can proceed with two different orders or contact our.
11. What are the shipping times and costs in US?
Shipping costs vary depending on the volume and destination of the goods. All information on rates and conditions can be found on the product sheet and at checkout. In order to estimate the delivery time of an item, it is necessary to add the estimated days for shipment by standard or specialized courier to the average time of availability indicated in the product sheet.
Standard shipping always takes place at street level. Shipping is carried out by express couriers such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX, in US delivery takes about 4-7 working days.
In the case of large orders, in particular fragile products, or if the service of delivery service to the floor and/or assembly is provided, the shipment is carried out through specialized couriers with variable times and costs depending on the volume and the exact destination of the goods. In United States it normally takes 3-6 weeks from the date of the order, and it may take a longer time (about 2 or 3 days) if the product is very fragile for example marble tables, large mirrors or anything that requires special care, for which Mohd will provide the most appropriate customized packaging.
Please note the floor delivery and assembly service may not be available in some geographical areas.
12. What is the customs procedure in the US?
For orders over $800 there will be a customs clearance fee, which amounts to 0.5% of the value of the goods. Our courier's customs agent will contact you by phone or e-mail once the goods arrive and provide you with full assistance in every step.The courier company will contact you via phone or email as soon as the goods arrive at the customs office in the US. You won’t have to do anything, the courier will proceed with the customs clearance. The goods will be delivered within 3 to 6 days from arrival at the port or airport. You will only need to pay the customs fees for clearing your package (less than 1% of the value of the import). You will pay them to the courier who will contact you to explain payment methods. You won’t have to pay any import duties except for lamps. Customs duties for importing lamps in the US range between 3% and 12% depending on various factors. The courier will inform you about everything once the goods arrive at the customs.

13. How can I track the status of my order?
To track the status of your order go to MyOrder and enter your e-mail address and order number.
14. Do you offer white-glove service?
Yes, but only on request. Contact our, our team will help you get the service you need.
15. Can I cancel an order or return a product?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the moment of confirmation. If you wish to return an item this can be done within 14 days of the order being received. In case of return you can choose to be refunded, to change the product or to receive a gift card that can be spent within one year in our online shop or in one of our showrooms. Please note, that made to measure, personalized or perishable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
16. If a product is damaged or defective what should I do?
Upon receipt of the order if an item has been damaged, we recommend that you do not accept the damaged goods or that you sign the delivery note detailing "damaged/broken product", adding a short description of the damage found. Please inform both the carrier and our Customer Service immediately of the damage in writing within 5 days of receipt [email protected]. More details are available on the page.
