Boffi Open Outdoor Kitchen

Open is the kitchen system designed for the outdoors by Piero Lissoni for the Boffi brand. A kitchen designed for hospitality, with modern aesthetics and impeccable quality.

The Open outdoor kitchen is characterised by an open structure based on essentiality. The fulcrum of Open is the in-line monoblock that houses the cooking and washing elements, all in Aisi 316 stainless steel. Functionality is not to be missed, and at the centre of the block is a removable solid iroko chopping board, under which two drawers are placed. The structure on which the functional elements rest is completed by a low shelf made of transparent retina glass, perfect for storing all useful kitchen items. The ensemble is completed with a trolley on wheels to be placed under the sink, with a matt satin-finish stainless steel structure, equipped with an upper container with three compartments and a lower container with seven compartments, both in solid iroko wood. The cooking and washing unit can be flanked by a large snack counter in solid iroko wood, supported by a tubular steel structure equipped with two lower shelves in meshed glass. As Open's designer Piero Lissoni says, 'Open is not a kitchen, it is much more'.
