Rey Chair
Rey Chair by Hay is part of the collection of the same name created by Swiss designer Bruno Rey in 1971, in collaboration with Dietiker. The Rey Chair has the distinction of being the first patented piece of furniture to have a single metal connection with no screws connecting its elements.
Rey Chair conquers with its retro charm, given by the unmistakable rounded shape of its edges and its solid and essential appearance. In the 1970s it was a huge success due to the quality of its workmanship and line, making it both iconic and extremely versatile. Designed to be practical and manageable, Hay has accentuated this characteristic by changing its dimensions and making it more attractive through new colours.
