Guido Drocco and Franco Mello, also known as the Gugliermetto brothers, have been designing and crafting chairs and seats since 1952. During their career, the Gugliermetto brothers have had the opportunity to meet emergent architects and artists, defining and shaping their own design production until they reached a complete conceptual renewal. Their modern furniture and home decor production currently include some everlasting design icons, constantly enriching their catalogue with new collections.

Exhibited in the renowned collections of some international museums, such as the MUDE in Lisbon, the ADAM in Bruxelles and the Fondation Beyeler in Basilea, the Cactus coat hanger is among the most iconic products of italian design. A flair that has renewed completely the way of interpreting both outdoor and indoor ambiences. In the name of humor and formal freedom, Cactus was born in 1972 by the hands of Guido Drocco and Franco Mello, and keeps representing a true symbol of contemporaneity and strong innovation.
