Home Line Plus 250 Home Slicer - Red has a chrome-plated steel blade with a professional profile that offers a perfect cut, reducing waste and ensuring uniform slices. The blade guard with continuous profile makes it easy to slice the product to be sliced and the oblique gauge opening facilitates slice exit for optimum performance. The motor block ensures better performance even when cutting tougher products. In addition, the integration of the CE-certified safety lock protects and ensures quick and easy cleaning.

PERFORMANCE: Very thin residual product to minimise material waste. Calibration plate opening lever with 18 millimetre adjustment positions for accurate adjustment. Slanted plate for effortless slicing with greater precision. Chrome-plated steel blade with professional profile: reduces waste and guarantees perfect slices. Continuous blade cover profile for improved product stability and easier movement of the product to be sliced. Oblique opening of the gauge plate for easier slice exit. Professional 0.25 hp/0.19 kW motor for high cutting performance even for the toughest products Integrated deflector for easier slice release. Product support reduces the space between the table and the gauge plate, allowing the product to be cut to rest completely on the meat table and minimising waste. Specific aluminium alloy casting and base and polymer feet for total stability during slicing. Fully sealed IP65 control panel.
