The Bust Algarve sculpture is a tribute to the wind, which is a sculptor, creator and destroyer of the forms of nature, and sometimes moves in a spiral, a form present in the work of Carmen Otero. The artist's entire sculptural production focuses on the theme of the head as a precious box that holds the most precious treasure: freedom of thought. The heads conceived by the artist are placed halfway between geometry and abstraction, born from the search for new forms.
