Caratos chair model CAR55 is part of the collection of the same name signed by Antonio Citterio for the brand Maxalto.

Caratos has a structure in die-cast aluminium, a cosy back and a comfortable seat. The chair is hardly removable and is available with the support structure in graphite painted aluminum or amber painted, the lower part of the support structure is always in polished brushed aluminum. The Caratos collection includes stools, armchairs, poufs and tables with refined elegance, a distinctive sign of the master Antonio Citterio.

Antonio Citterio is among the leading names who have raised the excellence of Italian design worldwide. A brilliant architect and furniture designer, he was born in Meda in 1950 and graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1975.
