Rudolph Bench One Seater by Serax is one of the chairs in the Rudolph collection created by Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen who was inspired by the work of an American modernist architect.

Rudolph Bench One Seater is a versatile piece of furniture with defined volumes perfect for urban or minimalist living contexts. The concept of the bench as a seating archetype has been reworked here to amplify its comfort and style, inspired by its 1950s past. It was during this period that Rudolf Michael Schindler, one of the protagonists of the American modernist scene of the 1950s, made the typical recessed banquette the must-have in all his designs. Rudolph becomes contemporary thanks to clean, simple lines with an innate elegance and a unique character given by the central pedestal base. Soft padding upholstered with a range of fabrics custom-made in Belgium, it rests on a solid aluminium frame masked by oak finishes, to give you a corner in which to enjoy absolute relaxation.

Cushion upholstery made of hybrid foam with breathable properties, produced in an environmentally friendly manner without CFK. Upholstery fabric made to measure in Belgium, available in Smoke, Off-White, Sand and Beige (90% LI - 10% PA) or Bone (35% CV - 30% LI - 18% PAN - 14% CO - 2% PES - 1% PA).
