Touch Stool

The Touch stool of the Zanat brand is designed by Studioilse. Made in two models, it is available in different finishes. The Touch stools (tables) designed by Studioilse are part of the Touch collection which also includes: Touch Bench, Touch Table, Touch Console, Touch Lamp, Touch Side Table, Touch Sideboard and Touch Tray. The stools are available in the "Pill" and "Half Moon" versions.

The special quality of all Touch products lies in the hand-carved surfaces that involve our instinct to feel something sensory and reflect our need for more tactile environments in the digital age. Touch is handmade in Bosnia and Herzegovina using Zanat's wood carving skills, which were added to UNESCO's list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity in December 2017. The sculptures on the tops of the stools make them uniquely tactile and since the craftsmen carve the pieces at random, without drawings, each piece is unique in that no sculpted surface will ever be the same.
