Virgo, by Driade, aluminum is a bookcase designed in 2008 by Xavier Lust: live power lines as the curve of an arch.
Virgo is a "live" typological that takes the form of a library, but in fact leads us to think about the relationship between concave and convex surfaces, the energy of tightrope over. The "composition of forces" is clearly expressed in the equilibrium reached the final. The sculptural form assumed by Virgo allows its use not only to the wall, but especially at the center of the space.

Designed by Xavier Lust
Born in 1969, Xavier Lust is an internationally renowned designer. He studied Interior Design at the Institut Saint Luc and later opened the Xavier Lust Design Studio in Brussels. The artist works in four different design fields: furniture and industrial production, limited editions and pieces for art galleries, interior design and industrial and urban design. He has been awarded numerous prizes, including the Compasso d'Oro, and has collaborated with brands such as MDF Italia, Driade and Fiam.
