Volano B3 is the synthesis of the Berkel engineering team's know-how, functionality requirements and high safety standards. Volano B3 is born from the technology of Berkel professional slicers and is able to guarantee unparalleled performance and safety levels: the chromed steel blade with professional profile gives a perfect cut, reduces waste and ensures uniform slices. The absence of sharp edges and special features such as the space provided for the collection of small food scraps and the openable plate make it extremely easy and quick to perfectly clean the machine.This collection of slicing machines is reminiscent of the old ones used by charcutiers and butchers, as in old movies or in vintage photos, as if time had stopped.

Standard Delivery refers to the street level and the order is always covered by insurance.

You can get the goods delivered to any address by specifying the full details at the time of order placement.

**For out of stock products, waiting times don’t include days from August 1 to August 27, while for in stock products shipments occur regularly with the exception of 14/15/16 August.

You can change your mind

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the order delivery, without giving any reason.
